Rachel Maceiras is the Vice President of Paramount+ Global Content Curation and an Emmy-winning builder and leader of multiplatform teams. She has built and led three teams and an entire department from the ground up, comprising production staff of up to 90 people. In addition, Rachel has guided the creation of digital platforms, from apps to websites, for iconic brands such as Paramount+, BET+, and others. She has also played a key senior role on the leadership team that is driving the transformation of Paramount to a digital-first media enterprise.
