From Burnout to Bliss (Cait Donovan)

  • Episode #53

Welcome to Making It! This weekly show explores the lives and stories of entrepreneurs as they share their unique perspectives on their success and the path to making it.

Cait Donovan is the host of Fried – The Burnout Podcast, and author of the book The Bouncebackability Factor: End Burnout, Gain Resilience, and Change the World. Since recovering from her own bout of burnout, she has helped thousands of others find their way to balance and serenity.

In this episode of Making It, Cait talks about the importance of disconnecting, following your inner guidance and why some ideas are better in theory than practice.

“I think that entrepreneurs often get stuck on ‘Oh, I’ve got to do this thing…,’ and they don’t learn to let the pieces go when they’re not working.”
