As an ACES coach in our ACES Business Acceleration coaching program, Katarina is wholeheartedly dedicated to creating and co-creating impactful results.

Katarina, a performance coach and certified Lumina Learning practitioner, formerly led high-performing international teams and managed six-figure projects during her 15-year tenure in corporate banking leadership. As part of her leadership roles in some of the largest Scandinavian and Baltic banks, she served as the Head of Governance and Strategic Change and Head of Profitability. Here, she thrived by combining her business expertise, underpinned by her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in business and economics, with an understanding of human behavior.

Now, as the founder of At Your Peak, Katarina is on a mission to assist ambitious individuals and teams in improving efficiency, boosting confidence, building trust-based relationships, and achieving outstanding results. She achieves this by blending world-class performance strategies with innovative psychometrics.

Beyond her commitment to enhancing performance and helping ambitious talented professionals and entrepreneurs achieve greater results, Katarina is a proud mom of three children and one dog, with a passion for Italian cuisine (and food in general).
