Hello, I’m Joy Jenny Alinsunod. I’ve been in the customer service and tech support field for over 8 years, starting my career in the traditional corporate world and growing professionally with Business Process Organizations and reputable companies.

Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience working with diverse clients, including Real Estate, Agriculture, Advertising, and Sales as a Service. This exposure has made me adaptable and versatile in my approach to problem-solving.

Aside from my professional life, I find immense joy in my role as a millennial mom, blessed with two wonderful boys. As a furmom to two cats, my home is filled with love and warmth.

During my downtime, I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes. Journaling helps me reflect on life’s experiences and lessons, while I find relaxation in immersing myself in the world of anime.
