Cyndi Padilla

Cyndi has spent her career doing one thing exceptionally well: taking what’s complex and making it work in the real world. Her background is in operations at scale — Target Corporation store turnarounds, opening 175,000 square foot retail operations from scratch in 12 weeks, leading multi-team environments where sales and customer service targets had to hit simultaneously, no excuses.

Cyndi is the co-founder of Gain The Edge, where she and her partner Jim have spent 12+ years transforming founder-dependent businesses into revenue-generating companies – building the systems and infrastructure that allow a company to grow without the founder at the center of every decision.
Clients describe her as the person who makes it real, translating strategy into something a team can actually execute, clearly and consistently.

Outside of work, her favorite title is Nana to her seven grandchildren. Most weekends you’ll find her at a little league game or the park — exactly where she wants to be.
