Andrea Niño de Guzman

Andrea is a Transformation Catalyst and business evolution expert. With over 15 years in corporate leadership and a track record of managing two 8-figure businesses, Andrea pivoted her career in 2019.

Having left the corporate sphere to forge her own path, Andrea’s mission became clear: to empower Hiding Solopreneurs, helping them transition into Thriving Soulpreneurs. Andrea specializes in recalibrating businesses and reprograming beliefs for financial peace and amplified impact.

Holding bachelor’s degrees in Business and Economics, along with a Masters degree in Corporate Finance, Andrea possesses a profound understanding of the business landscape. Professionally certified as a Life and Neuro Coach and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she is a Design Thinking Facilitator, a Systemic Team Coach, and a Business Model Innovator. Andrea is also a board-certified Hypnosis Consultant, an EFT Tapping practitioner, and a Quantum Human Design Specialist. This diverse skill set equips her to address challenges from multiple angles, offering innovative solutions tailored to individual needs.

Andrea spends her days mentoring tech startups, guiding leaders in rewiring their minds for success, and supporting online solopreneurs in expanding their influence globally. Her unique approach blends deep business knowledge with a profound understanding of human behavior.

Beyond work, Andrea is raising a blended family of six kids, enjoys running, is an enthusiastic baker (admittedly better at desserts than dinner!), and indulges in her love for chocolate. Born and raised in La Paz, Bolivia, Andrea’s global experiences, including living in Panama, Austria, and the US.
