Why Sensitive People Can Be Strong Leaders

  • Episode #221

Can a highly sensitive person really be an effective leader? Michi Lantz talks with leadership coach Gabriele Tozzi, founder of KindCompass Solutions, about sensitive leadership, building a coaching business with intention, and why kindness, boundaries, and self-trust may be stronger leadership tools than force.

Originally from Italy and currently based in Thailand, Gabriele Tozzi is a leadership coach and former executive with over 20 years of international experience in the creative industry across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. After years in senior leadership roles, he transitioned into coaching to support leaders facing complex decisions, transitions, and the human side of success.

Founder of KindCompass Solutions, Gabriele works primarily with thoughtful, empathetic, and sensitive leaders who think deeply, feel intensely, and want to lead in a way that is both effective and sustainable. He blends professional coaching frameworks with philosophical depth and cross-cultural awareness, creating a calm and structured space where clarity, self-trust, and meaningful leadership can emerge.
