Shannon Fuchs is the owner of Fuchs Consulting Group, an organization dedicated to providing continuous improvement coaching that helps businesses achieve best-in-class results by developing people and culture and then delivering optimized systems and processes. She has teamed with, coached, and mentored thousands of people to live rich lives, resulting in increased joy, engagement, and exceptional financial outcomes.

Shannon works with individuals and teams to increase their effectiveness by leveraging their strengths, understanding and addressing their blind spots, and creating an environment where all perspectives are welcomed. She is a long-term thinker who helps leaders develop a team and press for the execution of processes to drive measurable performance improvement.

Prior to starting her own business, Shannon worked as an executive for an entrepreneur in the forest products industry. Before this, Shannon worked for a Fortune 15 organization in the energy industry, where she held numerous positions with increasing responsibility culminating in worldwide organizational leadership and receipt of a Global President’s award.

Shannon serves on numerous boards in her state. She’s a Lean Sigma green belt, a life member of the Society of Women Engineers, and a Sustainer of the Junior League. Shannon received a BS in Chemical Engineering and an Executive MBA, both Summa Cum Laude.

In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors camping and recreating with her husband, kids, and pets.
