Ivan Stevanovic, Sales Excellent Coach and founder of Trust Learn Improve, left an 18-year corporate career, moved to Tenerife, and built a business under real pressure. In 2023, after more than 18 years navigating complex corporate environments, Ivan Stevanovic chose a bold new direction. With experience spanning B2B Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Trainer and Coach, and Global Sales Training & Development Manager, Ivan launched his own sales training and coaching business. That same year, he relocated with his family to a new country—an island in the middle of the ocean—and began training in Mugendo, a martial art that reflects his commitment to discipline, growth, and continuous improvement.

Ivan’s work is guided by a simple yet powerful philosophy: Trust. Learn. Improve. This framework is rooted in the belief that trust is the foundation of collaboration, learning, and innovation; learning enables meaningful change and improvement; improvement drives growth and long-term sustainability; and true development must happen while doing the job to create real business impact.

By consciously choosing collaboration over competition or dominance, Ivan focuses on building trust with customers, colleagues, and communities alike.
