“It was clear to me that starting my business with the intention of normalizing women as leaders in the technical fields, I could have a huge impact – potentially, on the world. And so that’s what I did.”

Stephanie Slocum

Stephanie Slocum is on a mission to normalize engineering, technology, and STEM women in leadership. She helps women become influential leaders while having a life, and she helps organizations committed to gender equity in STEM create work environments that retain and engage women.

Professionally, Stephanie is an engineer, speaker, corporate trainer, and career consultant who loves nothing more than to help others unlock their unique strengths, gifts, and talents for maximum impact in the world. Personally, she was raised in a large Catholic family, is a wife and mom of three daughters, and is a “reluctant entrepreneur” whom the universe had to figuratively hit over the head a few times before she finally stepped into her entrepreneurial calling.

Stephanie is a winner of the 2020 Connected World’s Women in Technology Award for her work empowering women in engineering and technology. She has inspired thousands of technical professionals through her talks, presentations, and workshops in organizations ranging from Fortune 500’s to small businesses, non-profits, and universities. Stephanie’s audiences learn how to embrace their unique skill sets, stop second-guessing their worth, and speak up for themselves and their teams so that they can become recognized for the leaders they are. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in architectural engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
