Stop Borrowing Success

  • Episode #207

You can look successful and still feel off. Executive Coach Christian Rawles joins host Michi Lantz and shares why many founders borrow their definition of success, how overthinking traps us in the echo chamber, and what it takes to reconnect with values, clarity, and work that truly fits.

Christian Rawles spent 15 years building Ambler, an outdoor apparel brand he ran with his wife while raising their two boys in Nelson, British Columbia. After selling the business, he began coaching entrepreneurs who’ve found external success but sense something’s missing.

Christian works with founders and leaders who are looking to redefine what success looks like for them. Using his training as a Presence-Based Coach, he helps them clarify their values and build businesses that reflect what actually matters to them.

Christian also serves as a Business Advisor with KORE, facilitating masterminds for outdoor industry entrepreneurs and hosting the KORE Outdoors Podcast. He believes entrepreneurship is a powerful catalyst for personal growth and building a rewarding life.
