  • Episode #258

Nettie Owens of The Sappari Group talks with Michi Lantz about systems, sustainable growth, cash-flow shame, why founders need to stop betting on future growth and build from what is real now and why the first step when things feel out of control may simply be to stop and reassess.

For over 22 years she has helped entrepreneurial and executive women create the systems, accountability, and focus they need to lead well and grow sustainably.
