Profit First (Anja Sassenberg-DeGeorgia)

  • Episode #65

Reinvention coach Anja Sassenberg-DeGeorgia gives straight-forward advice on how to handle money in our business and personal life. She also asserts that when we fix issues with money, other areas of our lives improve, and we can better serve our clients.

Anja Sassenberg-DeGeorgia is the CEO of Forward Life Coaching, LLC. She offers one-on-one coaching and leads workshops. As a personal and professional reinvention coach, she is wildly passionate about helping individuals and groups to discover happiness in their unique and personal next phases of life.

In this episode, we discuss:

  • Reinventing yourself and your business at any age.
  • The issues new business owners face that cause failure.
  • Strategic cash-flow management for new business owners.
  • Setting financial milestones for future growth.
  • Steps to set your business up for financial success.
  • The “Profit-First” methodology and why it’s important.
  • Getting clear on whether or not the market wants to buy what you want to sell.
  • Staying detached enough from your ideas to easily modify them for the best outcome.
  • What’s getting in the way of you tracking your business finances?
  • What are the five ways we express ourselves with money?
“So when we’re building out these offerings that we love and that we’re passionate about, we have to see how do we feel? How joyful are we as we’re offering that? And we need to see what our numbers are saying.”
