Dr. John Austin is an internationally recognized coach to business leaders on safety and human performance. He was a professor of psychology for 15 years at Western Michigan University, where he trained masters and doctoral students, many of whom are professors themselves now.

He and his teams have coached university students and leaders in hundreds of companies in a dozen countries to deliver more than 10,000 safety, operations, and quality improvement projects that have generated millions of dollars in improvements.

Dr. Austin has consulted with organizations for 25 years to improve productivity and safety in a wide range of industries. Pam Fox Rollin, MBA coaches executives and top teams in Silicon Valley and globally. She also facilitates technology and healthcare organizations to succeed in strategic transformation, executive development, and culture change. Her bestselling books — Growing Groups into Teams and 42 Rules for Your New Leadership Role — are described as indispensable for leaders at all levels. Pam and her team at Altus Growth Partners work with highly capable people to take on their next round of leadership and strategic growth.
