Amanda Hoffmann is a clarity and agency researcher, entrepreneur, and creator of the Clarity System and the Core Alignment Model-original frameworks that help people see where judgment, assumption, and false certainty distort their decisions.

After more than 20 years working in HR, leadership, organizational development, and people strategy, Amanda is building a coaching and advisory practice around a simple belief: when people see what’s really going on, they stop fighting the wrong battles. Her work explores how clarity creates agency, how misapplied judgment blocks honest thinking, and how individuals and organizations can make choices with more alignment and less chaos.

Amanda’s mantra is, “Just because it doesn’t make sense to you doesn’t mean it doesn’t make sense”-a reminder she needs at least as often as she offers it. She calls herself “aggressively curious,” which she’ll admit is not everyone’s favorite trait. But in the name of fair play, she encourages others to be just as nosy about how things work. She welcomes pushback, questions, and challenges from anyone willing to engage. As she likes to say, “that’s when things really get interesting.”
