Ellen B. Cohen is a PCC-certified executive and leadership coach, organizational consultant, facilitator, speaker, and founder of EBC Coaching & Consulting LLC and ThinkSpace. She works with senior leaders, high-achieving professionals, lawyers, executives, and entrepreneurs who want to step into larger roles, stronger leadership identities, and more strategic versions of themselves with greater clarity, confidence, influence, and authority.

Before and during the growth of her coaching practice, Ellen spent more than 25 years as an in-house attorney and business affairs executive at major media and entertainment companies, including Disney, Sony, Twentieth Century Fox, Showtime, and Microsoft. Her coaching and corporate entertainment background give her firsthand insight into what it takes to navigate demanding roles, complex organizations, career reinvention, entrepreneurship, and high-stakes decision-making.
