What happens when you finally realize you’re not just a trainer but a strategic partner? Julie Futcher shares her journey from imposter syndrome to Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals, rebuilding after COVID, and why at 59 she’s finally claiming her true worth in sales strategy.

Julie Futcher, known as the Sales Ace, is one of the East Midlands most respected sales trainers and sales strategists. She has over 30 years of varied experience in both B2B and B2C sales, is a regular trainer for the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce, contributes professional mentorship for ‘help to grow’, and has worked with more than 250 businesses to enhance their sales strategies and processes.

Julie’s core belief is that sales is the lifeblood of any business. Her experience says that, to keep that lifeblood flowing, you need to equip sales teams with the skills they need to overachieve and then create the sales processes and planning that will allow them to go further and excel. It’s also important to her that training should encompass the real, and constantly changing, world that sales teams work in. That is why she always maintains a role as an active salesperson. That real world understanding, her dedication to remaining cutting edge in areas such as LinkedIn training, and her extensive experience of everything from telesales to C-Suite planning, are just part of the reason she is such an asset to any businesses or individual looking to elevate their sales performance.
