From Fear to Fortune (Jeanna Gabellini)

  • Episode #5

Jeanna Gabellini shares her perspective on why we shouldn’t let reality stop us from saying yes to opportunity. She and Dr. O’Brien also explore how dopamine can help us achieve our goals and how journaling prompts can overcome limiting beliefs.

Welcome to Neuroscience of Coaching. In each episode, host Dr. Irena O’Brien explains the science-based insights behind a particular concept and interviews a coach to discuss how these apply in the real world. Just as she does in her professional programs, Irena “un-complicates” neuroscience and teaches practical evidence-based tools and strategies that listeners can use in their coaching practices.

Jeanna Gabellini is the founder of MasterPeace Coaching and a Master Business Coach of 28 years.

“Is the goal you’re choosing the one-star version of your goal? Or is it the five-star version? Because I’m only interested in the five-star version.”

— Jeanna Gabellini

Jeanna Gabellini is Master Business Coach and Chief Rabble Rouser of MasterPeace Coaching. After 28 years of liberating business owners from the curse of “not enough” and the myth of “hard work pays off”… she knows, without question, you can attract all the clients you want, make massive amounts of money, and impact millions (even if you’ve been struggling for years) if you’re willing to flip the switch in your thinking, chuck the old-school rules in the toilet, and stay true to what lights you up and turns you on.

Dr. Irena O’Brien teaches coaches and care professionals how to achieve better results for their clients through neuroscience.

She is the founder of Neuroscience School, which helps practitioners understand and apply insights from cutting-edge neuroscience research. She loves seeing her students gain confidence in their ability to evaluate neuroscience findings and use them successfully in their own practices. Her Certificate Program in Neuroscience is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Continuing Coaching Education credit.

Dr. O’Brien has studied neuroscience for 25 years and holds a Ph.D. in the field from the Université du Quebec à Montréal (UQAM), where she did brain-imaging studies. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Centre for Language, Mind, and Brain at McGill University.
