Fearless Coaching (Rhonda Britten)

  • Episode #33

Rhonda Britten is a master life coach and the founder of the Fearless Living Institute, which helps people let go of indecision, gain clarity and take life-changing risks. This Coach of the Year Award recipient is a repeat guest on Oprah, a best selling author and an Emmy Award-winning TV host.

In this can’t-miss episode, Rhonda speaks candidly with Melinda about her traumatic childhood, struggles with addiction and incredible transformation. She describes how she learned to tackle fear head-on and teach others to do the same. She shares her method of jumping off of the fear cycle and onto the freedom cycle.
In this episode we discuss:

  • What exactly is fear, and why do we have it?
  • How we turn fears into flaws and what to do about it.
  • What is a core fear?
  • How can we use core fears to set ourselves free?
  • How to help identify your clients’ core fears.
  • What does it mean to live fearlessly?
  • How can you tell the difference between fear and internal guidance?
“And once we see how fear is designed, then fear really does become nothing to be afraid of.”

Rhonda Britten

Rhonda Britten is an Emmy Award-winner, repeat Oprah guest, Huffington Post contributor and Master Coach. She has devoted her life to teach people how to master fear. What she teaches is what she’s lived.

Next, she changed lives on the hit NBC reality show Starting Over and was named its “most valuable player” by The New York Times.
