Jennifer Vancil is a strengths-based career and executive coach and team trainer whose mission is to support people to create more meaningful work lives by leveraging their strengths. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach who uses the CliftonStrengths assessment as the basis of her coaching and training because it gives people insights into how each person works most naturally and what they can can contribute in a workplace.

Certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach, she transitioned to private leadership coaching and organizational training after a career in universities.

She’s the Expert Contributor on the book “Practical Strengths Career Success” and the author of the upcoming book “Creating a Strengths Based Career.”
