Being Findable: The Anti Funnel Path to Growth

  • Episode #236

Tricia Edwards, founder of Creative Extension, talk with Michi Lantz about inside out business building, Human Design as practical language, why “being findable” beats funnels for her, and the pause practice that keeps growth from becoming burnout.

Tricia Edwards is the creator of the Red Frequency VoicePrint, a Human Design–based calibration that translates energetic voice into practical, usable business language.

She works with self-led women in midlife who are reorganizing their businesses around who they actually are, helping them build from the inside>out by aligning their work with their emotional rhythm, embodied authority, and natural voice. Her approach blends Human Design, somatic awareness, and precise energetic translation so communication feels steady, resonant, and unmistakably their own.

A writer and artist, Tricia lives what she teaches: devotion to rhythm, creativity, and being fully herself. She believes alignment isn’t about fixing who you are, but about creating from the natural pattern already alive within you.
