From “The Hobby Space” to Building a Business
Michael’s journey actually began in Ireland, where his talent for dream interpretation led him to radio and TV appearances. For years, he operated in what he calls “the hobby space,” investing heavily in his craft, but relying on a conventional job in software engineering to pay the bills.
“I worked with thousands of clients, but I didn’t know how to run a business,” Michael says. “It was something I loved, but it wasn’t something I knew how to make a living from.”
Michael and his wife decided to take a leap of faith. Leaving his secure, high-paying software engineering job, Michael committed fully to his passion. However, the transition was far from smooth…
“We expected to scale back financially, but I didn’t anticipate how hard it would be to make even $40,000 a year,” he explains.
Four years later, Michael was on the verge of giving up and getting an engineering job again. Then, he attended a Mirasee event that changed everything.
The Turning Point

“I went in thinking I had a marketing problem,” Michael shares. “But Ari told me I had a sales problem – and that hit hard.” He realized that no amount of marketing could save his business if his sales process was broken.

One of the biggest lessons Michael learned was the importance of pricing and positioning. “I was underpricing my offers, which made it impossible to reach my financial goals,” he says.
With guidance from his coach, he adjusted his pricing strategy, making sure that it reflected the value of his offers.
And within just 6 months, Michael launched his new system and earned $54,000 in his first campaign. This was more than his previous annual revenue of ($39,000/year), which was also his best year prior to joining ACES.
“It was amazing to see everything come together,” he says. “For the first time, I felt like I finally had control over my business.”
The Million-Dollar Mark
A key factor in Michael’s success was his ability to adapt and pivot.
For example, when Google’s algorithm changes disrupted his website traffic, he worked with his ACES coach to develop new strategies, including a 3-day live event. This event not only replaced lost income but also became a significant revenue driver for his business.
And as he continued implementing strategies from his ACES coach, his revenue grew exponentially.
In his second year as a member, his business brought in $119,000 – nearly 3 times his income before joining ACES. And just 3 short years later, he was running two major events annually, each generating hundreds of thousands of dollars.
“It’s incredible to think about where we started and where we are now,” Michael says. “This year alone, we’ve already brought in over $1 million.”
Reframing His Mindset
For Michael, the journey wasn’t just about financial success. It was also about personal growth. “I used to hate sales,” he admits. “The idea of pitching to a group terrified me.”
Through ACES, he learned to reframe his mindset around sales, seeing it as an opportunity to help more people. “It wasn’t easy, but it was necessary,” he says. “And now, I can confidently say it’s one of the most valuable skills I’ve developed.”

Michael has also been growing his team to help scale his business. “It’s incredibly rewarding to not only help our clients, but also provide opportunities for others to thrive,” Michael says.
