Share what you’re grateful for, and we’ll donate to a nonprofit for children!

For every “gratitude” you post, we’ll donate $1 to Pencils of Promise…

Share My Gratitude

You probably already know that gratitude is important. It’s basically a shortcut to dial up your own happiness, and it can strengthen relationships, boost your well-being, and even improve your physical health.

But what if your gratitude could ripple outwards… and have a tangible, positive impact on the world?

Because that’s what you can do right now by participating in our “Thanks-A-Thon.”

In the spirit of thanks (and giving), we’re offering you an opportunity to enjoy the benefits of gratitude AND leave a lasting impact on the world.

So saying thanks won’t just feel good… it’ll also do good.

Here’s how it works…

You share what you’re thankful for below. And for each gratitude you post, we’ll donate $1 to Pencils of Promise, an organization that empowers communities through education.

If you post 1 gratitude, we’ll donate $1. If you share 100 gratitudes? We’ll donate $100. So every thankful post will help build schools, train teachers, and support educational programs in communities that need it most.

There’s no limit to the number of gratitudes you can post. We have so much to be thankful for, and this “Thanks-A-Thon” is our way of giving back.

But here’s the thing…

Time is of the essence. At midnight tonight, we’re going to close submissions, so we can count all the gratitudes and make the donation.

So fill out the form below for each gratitude you have. That way, each one gets counted.

We’ll post your gratitude below, so we can all see the wave of positivity and generosity that we’re building together.

– Danny, Abe, Linda, Lisa, Margaret

For sure more gratitude than I can count.

I can start with gratitude to Danny for this generous offer.

A beautiful, comfortable and safe place to live.

The spiritual path I navigate on the daily.

My bicycles and ability to ride them with ease and delight.

Hiking in nature.

The people I work with and for.

Family…both north and chosen.

Amazing organic food…especially from the farmers market close by and my two planter boxes at the end of the front walk to catch the sun.

Wisdom.

Getting to play pickleball.

Being offered an art show in a local gallery.

Creativity.

Abundance of health and resources.

Travel and getting to live in multiple countries.

Mostly I am grateful for the ability to love and the love that I am.

Linda

Im grateful for technology because I can speak and see friends far away and feel them closer to me

Deb

This year, I’m grateful for the opportunity to make traveling a priority to help care for my elderly parents.

Gabrielle

I am grateful that I chose to come back out of the coma (from the car that ran me down), and find my voice to sing, dance, live, make love, cook, walk, listen and and and again — and that 3 years later I could go back to those wonderful firemen who got me to intensive care so quickly — and dance with them at the traditional pompier’s bal the 13-14th juillet. And that my Voice was still there, to serve with again in concerts et al. and my memory came back with the hundreds of songs and repertoire…that was such a hold your breath to see miracle. Much gratitude for the amazing love of our bodies, when we receive and support them in respect.

Gabrielle

I am very grateful to Howard Whiteson and his gifts of knowledge and so much quiet, mischievous wisdom from his own education and deep knowledge of business, integrity and supporting people to come to their talents shared. This is someone who is modest because he owns his pride in being an instrument of Source, I would say, to bring people the knowledge of how to own and vibrate their own instruments of service in our world effectively and abundantly.

Gabrielle

I am very grateful to the people saving my house right now from the corrupt local authorities, so that I can get it in the hands of people who will use it for beauty and human care instead…

SuryaAdi

Grateful for the roads I drive on
For the tires (winter) on my car
For my full belly

Gabrielle

I am grateful for all the brave, honest, loving, good souls out there, who are standing up to say no to abuse and abuse practices — especially paraded as “divine or otherwise “love”, or even more stupidly, because dishonest , as “necessary” . Who are walking their own walk of that honesty in their daily choices to love honestly, learn, heal, stop sacrificing and take up owning their choices ( that’s much closer to love , that ; ) reaching out from a place of truthfulness to truly connect in respect, accountability, empowering–because they know that we are all of one material, it is our choices of what we do with that that counts, our Why from the get go ; ) Such respect for these humans who remember that we’re here for the quality of our loving, and walk the talk, dance the dance.

SuryaAdi

Grateful for warm winter boots.
For bears going to bed for the winter

Gabrielle

I am grateful for my heightened sense of smell, which gives me joy in breathing (though fastidiousness easily also for unhealthy places ; ) flowers and green, the soil, parfums, good food and wines, the sea, my lover, the wind…cats, kittens and horses and and… We are given such a beautiful place to live in, I could never understand why people could take such pride in ruining it, being stupid..until I began to learn about abuse patterns, always at the base of that, and then how to help heal the misdirections about living that leaves people with, until they get the good manuals about how to handle things ; )

Cassie

I’m grateful for life

Gabrielle

I am grateful for my vision, that I can see so many fine nuances of colour, line, balance, drink in the beauty which is life ancing. I am grateful for my tuned sense of hearing I inherited from my musician father, which can hear the finest nuances of difference of sound, which makes my world understandable and beautiful, offers me the appreciation for the uniqueness of each person’s Choices , as they speak, or sing, their truths.

Gabrielle

I am grateful for my stepfather who taught me to read as soon as I could, and gave me the best literature, and the lessons about writing poetry when I asked, without prejudice…so I can be grateful for all those authors who gifted me, who sent me messages of how to be healthy humanly in the midst of chaos from their experience and quiet moments…Which taught me that there were other ways and infinite options other than what I was actually living and to go look for them, create them, hear my heart talking or singing, say no to death too soon, there were other ways. So also grateful for music , dance, colour, sonnets and haiku, all about what to do with those many choices of how to see, to hear life’s heartbeats.

Gabrielle

I am grateful for knowing that decency and kindness are two of the most important choices that exist, that they are essentially choices of honesty about Who we are — again , extensions of Source, all of the same material, starting with the earth, Source manifested and manifesting, so Intelligent. Gratitude, joy, kindness — the great one, decency — orgasm in all its many forms of deep owning joy of being that extension of Source in action, music, dance, true quietness with another person ( human or otherwise) , happiness–are all, in the end, basically the same thing: truthfulness about Who we are and the joy of it, which is true sacredness — in my book, in any case ; )

Jody Brown

I am grateful for the ability to be myself.

Jody Brown

I am grateful for a delicious Thanksgiving dinner, but wish that all everywhere could be as well fed.

Jody Brown

I am SO grateful for friends who are generous, loving, and giving.

Gabrielle

I am grateful for having read so many books, shared so many people’s thoughts and wisdoms about life that they offered with their work. Where the main message was the importance of heart and honesty

Gabrielle

I am grateful to have had the education in many ways , from many sources, to know of the sacredness of women, men, children and all other life ( which is everything we live among here on earth and … who knows also “elsewhere” (“” if we are dreaming it all, and there is neither here nor there ; ) as well as our dances together in honour of the dance with Source, and to not be in slavery to abuse systems as so many are now that manipulate abuse and misery and call it divine “love” ( which it obviously isn’t and never was) and manipulate the effects of that abusiveness to legitimize [sic] their own dishonesty towards their own sacred lives. Grateful to know freedom, and to know it as the basis of all our lives that Source created, and the foundation of mine. To know that separation is never a “solution”, to know that we are all one material, it is our choices of what we do with that that is the point…The gratitude comes from the immense difference this makes in living, handling whatever comes up, and how to support and guide people back Home to their own birthright of freedom and lovingness, to their true Voice. This, for me, is such an honour to be honoured with the very best , and I am deeply grateful for that trust. For being Seen ; )

Gabrielle

I am grateful tonight to be in a warm house, though a big storm blowing outside, and grateful for that beauty as well. To be safe tonight, and my partner there, that we are together at the end of this day, and at the beginning of the new day..

Gloria Constantin

I am grateful for my cats.

Gabrielle

I am grateful for this opportunity today to make actions to support education for children vs propoganda…so that they grow strong in their own light, I have seen so many old souls looking back at me from babies’ and small children’s eyes , who have come to heal up this planetfrom the odl hurts and the sectes ways of being lost and trying to convince others to give over their lives, responsability ( which is freedom in action in my book! ; ) , quality of relationship and loving –but that is impossible to “give away”, it’S the very essence of who we are, which the souls lost in that abuse haven’t figured out yet. So I am grateful, deeply grateful, to have always known not be among them, but to listen. Grateful for Music and dance that taught me discipline ( the definition of Love in action in my book ; ) and owning my every step, note and choice made as my own to own..

Gloria Constantin

I’m super grateful for my family.

Gabrielle

I am grateful for all the people who have supported me in my walk, and us in our couple, known and unknown, near and far…blessings back to them all..

Gabrielle

I am intensely grateful for the miracle of honesty and strength in intelligence that is my body ( as it is all of our bodies, gift from Source to keep us aware and truthful..!) , that has withstood so much, and still comes back with recreating health, and giving me the capability to serve, with the voice I was blessed with, with hands that can move and create, with a brain and nerves that reheal themselves every time I was hurt, with fine senses that give me joy and knowledge as I walk on this earth, with muscles and bones that grew strong through early training, and also trials…I am grateful for the knowledge now how to love and care for this miracle of body, and to help others learn the same, and the great Intelligence that we are made from …

Catherine T.

I am grateful that I have all my basic needs met and much, much more. Meaningful work that brings peace to the world. A loving family. Beloved Community. A beautiful rescue dog, and it should be no surprise, seems to be rescuing me from myself.

Gabrielle

I am grateful for my education, and for access to so much richness of capabilities, like internet, a phone, pens and paper and knowing how to use them, the ability given to learn languages, and, above all, the conciousness to know how essential the choice of conciousness is, because we are all of one material, Source — and those Choices in response to relationship are what define us, and give us our uniqueness , as it does all on this planet, all life.

Gabrielle

I am grateful to have hot and cold running clean water, already a luxury that noone in the us now has, not to mention many other place in the world, because of the corruption chosen by their leaders.

Hanna

I’m grateful for:
My health / my family’s health

Roberta

I am grateful for the people in my life that are always there for me and make my life better.

Roberta

I am grateful for all the people of Mirasee. Everyday you help to make are live better.

Will

I’m grateful for the people who try their best to make the world a better place for everybody. Those who selflessly dedicate themselves to worthy causes. Those who invent things that make life safer and easier. Those who show little kindness to people who cross paths with them. I can smile today because of these.

Mariam McGinnis

1. Tomorrow is my 80th birthday. I’ve lived much longer than I anticipated, given all my health issues.
2. And I’m continuing to steadily grow.
3. I’ve learned enough about relationships to have developed some fine, deep friendships.
4. In this moment, I’m grateful for my trials and disappointments because it is from these that I have developed skills and a measure of wisdom.
5. A three-hour YouTube video of Vol 1 of Telemann’s trumpet concertos is playing in the background. It is perfect music for my reflections. Both sober and joyous.
6. I have such resources at my fingertips.
7. Even though I grew up in a poor rural backwater, I scavenger bits and pieces that opened new horizons. On the radio I found NY Philharmonic’s Young People’s Concerts and my parents begrudgingly let me listen on some Sundays. I got a taste beyond Elvis and the country music that was otherwise around me.
8. I remember being so scared as I listened to “The Birds” on the radio. Dyslexia made reading difficult. (Though I doubt that sparcely populated the libray would have had this.) Yet storytelling was opened up for me by the radio.
9. Francis Huff taught for one year and it was my freshman year of high school. He is signed what was for us a major project. He wrote on mine, “colleges and universities are looking for students like you.” This blasted open the door for me. Our projects were displayed for the school open house so everyone could read what he wrote.
10. My parents were dedicated and loyal to each other and me. Although their world view was very limited and they knew next to nothing about emotions and parenting, they did the best they could with limited resources. They listened to authorities like Francis Huff. They started thinking about the possibility of my going to college and started saving.
11. I graduated valedictorian of a class of 14. I hadn’t learned much and I still couldn’t read well or efficiently yet being first carried a certain weight for college applications.
12. I went to a very small liberal arts college for 2 years. There wasn’t much competition. This gave me the chance to not only get college credits but to fill in some of what other students had gotten in high school. I developed my own version of study skills sufficient to get good grades.
13. I graduated cum laude from a larger, more reputable liberal arts college. My senior year I was one of two given the opportunity for practicum in the psych department at the local state hospital. The practicum and good grades continue to open more doors.
14. College was the first time had friends. The awkward loner began to flower. All of this brings tears of gratitude! I have been unbelievably blessed! So many good people and so many opportunities!

Hello Danny,

This has been a great exercise and I’m only up to age 21. Decades more to go and my heart is expanding and expanding.

May you and yours and all the Mirasee have a blessed day. A belated Canadian Thanksgiving and in all areas setting aside a time for gratitude.

Thank you,
Mariam

I’m thankful for the distance I’ve covered in 2023. I’ve sold more recycled materials online, crossing the 250 items mark since I started four years ago. Kim

I am grateful that me and my siblings were able to be on the same page to support and serve our parents during their declining years and difficulties. RIP Mom and Dad.

Kim

I am grateful for the lessons that my teachers, coaches, friends and family have taught me.

Constanza Peñaflores

I am immensely grateful for having discovered Danny Iny, because I verified that developing a successful business is based on the love and commitment to serving people by sharing one’s gifts. Focusing on the best in human beings is the way. That it is possible to live surrounded by valuable, collaborative, wise, loving, and ethical relationships and…become wealthy people in… all areas of life!

Kim

I am grateful for the sacrifices my parents made to provide me with a foundation for success and love of learning.

Constanza Peñaflores

I am immensely grateful for the mistakes I have made in life, from which I have learned to expand my abilities and manifest my talents with greater awareness, love, and gratitude.

Constanza Peñaflores

I am immensely grateful because both of my children found their passion and meaning in life and are increasingly happy, no matter what challenges they face.

Constanza Peñaflores

I am immensely grateful for all the challenges I have faced because they made me grow in awareness, presence, and the ability to enjoy life.

Constanza Peñaflores

I am immensely grateful to God, life, and the universe for having arrived on the planet in this transcendent stage of transformation of Mother Earth and humanity’s consciousness.

Kim

I appreciate each day that I have an apartment that is close to nature and I can sit on my deck, listen to and watch birds, squirrels, raccoons and trees.

Kim

I am grateful for my good health and a body that serves me well.

Gabrielle

I am grateful for my extraordinary voice, that I thenlearned how to free in others, so that they come Home also to their true Voice on all levels. This is also deepest gratitude for the amazing Maestra Mathilde Sarrand who opened the gates to that voice, as with all she touched with her great, ancient and simple technique. She sang 4 notes and we got goosebumps, that sound….

Kim

I am grateful for this opportunity to contribute towards a good cause by simply sharing words and a few moments of time : )

Janine

I am grateful for the encouragement and support that my partner has given me. I am grateful for the beauty of trees and the sky and that they are a constant readily available connection point for grounding and uplifting. I am grateful for all the work I get to do and the great people I have in my life.

Gabrielle

I am grateful simply to be alive, to start with, with a personal history that had led many to death, and constant just missing death many times over, watched over by a Source that has things for me to do to Love in this world, though those who didn’t make it likely had the same..and are coming back to do that now, I hope and bless for them..

Kathryn Zabinski

I am most grateful for the life I have been given, not perfect and sometimes I fall quite often. More importantly, I am able to get back up for another day because of friends, cohorts and family I am grateful for – I could not do half of what I do without community. I am also so very grateful for prospects and clients who allow me to do what I love to do. Gratitude – a simple 3 syllable word with so much true and symbolic meaning to it. I am grateful to be able to express my gratitude as it elevates my mind to better things.

This year. I’m really thankful for time and space. There’s so much grace to be found there. So much opportunity and chances to try again.

I am a huge fan of light rays and the dynamic of shadow and light. Light through trees, light on water, shadow shapes, dust falling in light… I am lucky to have retain my ‘childlike’ sense of wonder in this regard.
It teaches me about the nature of life, how there is never just one side to things. That there’s purpose and beauty all around. I just have to be willing and open to finding it. ⛅

I am grateful for having met four wonderful people in my grad school class who went into International Conflict while I stayed in Organizational Conflict. It wasn’t until the week after the October 7 attack that I learned they had been in the area for two weeks already. One week after this news we learned that one had been killed. The following week we learned that two more had also been lost but that the last one had been evacuated safely. While I miss them, I am grateful that they were able to live and die in their passion. That is not often a blessing we experience in this life. Thank you Danny for doing just one more thoughtful thing. Education is the only thing that will lift us out of conflict and bring peace to the world. Thank you.

I’m grateful for the wildfires threatening my dad’s house to be contained and almost out. I’m grateful that Thanksgiving is back on at his house and the whole family will gather as always without fear of the fires. I have a deeper appreciation for the simple things – like my dad’s front porch, by the stream, with the rocking chairs where we sit and tell stories. I’m grateful his house is still standing and tomorrow we’ll all gather on that porch telling more stories, laughing until it hurts, and probably shedding a few tears of joy together as well.
